Picking up stitches - front neckline
The sts are picked up from the WS.
Go through the V of the first st (a k st in this example).
Pull your working yarn through = 1 st.
Go through the gap between the two sts, yarn over = 1 st.
A group of three sts from left to right: 1 st picked up from gap, 2 sts picked up from cast on sts.
For p sts, also go through the st like shown.
Yarn over and pull through.
Repeat the process of [pick up 2 sts from 2 cast on sts, pick up 1 st from the space in between] until you reach the end of the neckline.
