Summer is here and with it the perfect time to get creative with bright sunshine and a warm breeze. Let's knit the summer together! Perfect for this warm weather is my knitting pattern for the MIKA Tee!
MIKA is a fitted tee that has a dropped stitch mesh cutout at the neckline and back. It is knitted seamlessly from the top down using a circular yoke construction.
The pattern gives you the option of incorporating horizontal bust darts using short rows. These will be tailored to your personal measurements and you will be told where, how and why it is worth knitting darts into your shirt. There are 8 cup sizes included in the pattern.
The length of the body can also be easily adjusted to your needs and can be perfectly tailored to you by increasing and decreasing at certain points.
Due to the number of different techniques used, the pattern is suitable for experienced knitters or advanced beginners who would like to learn something new. All techniques are explained step by step in pictures. Nevertheless, basic knowledge is required.
The pattern is available in my Store and on Ravelry in English, German, Spanish and French:
