Knitting Pattern Tilda Top

Updated: Aug 12, 2023

Summer is a time of lightness, sunshine and airy clothes. For me, the Tilda Top embodies exactly that!

The Tilda Top is not just a simple t-shirt, but a true summer dream.

TILDA is a loose fitting, cropped raglan summer top with alternating sheer and opaque stripes, that is worked seamlessly from the top down. The top has a crew neckline with a 1x1 half twisted rib stitch pattern and back neckline shaping using German Short Rows.

The shoulders are formed using a raglan construction. Optional length can be added to the back hemline using short rows.

You can experiment with different yarns and colors to give your Tilda Top a personal touch. From soft pastels to vibrant gradients, your creativity knows no bounds. Check out the tester photos and let them inspire you!

The pattern is suitable for advanced beginners who would like to learn something new. All techniquesare explained step by step in pictures. Nevertheless, basic knowledge is required.

The pattern is available in my Shop and on Ravelry in English and German:
