LIV Top Knitting Pattern

Updated: Aug 12, 2023

Finally the time has come and my knitting pattern for the #livtop makes its debut today! Combined with a summery yarn, you'll be well prepared for the hot days ahead. Learn more about the top here and follow the links for your own copy of the pattern!

I've seen a lot of knitted summer tops lately that showcase a ribbed pattern. Since there are already so many beautiful versions including the pattern, I thought I would create another one with a little twist - literally!

The top has a wide waistband underneath the bodice, which is sewn together to a twisted knot at the front. This adds a little something extra to the piece and makes it an eye-catcher.

The Liv Top is a fitted summer top that is knitted in rounds from the bottom up. It has a cropped length so that the waistband lies directly on the waist. However, the length can of course be adjusted to suit your individual wishes.

The instructions are suitable for advanced beginners, with special techniques explained with pictures, making them understandable for all. Basic knowledge is nevertheless required.

The pattern is now available in English and German in my Store and on Ravelry:
