Knitting Pattern | MORTICIA Sweater

Morticia is a fitted sweater that is worked top-down with optional horizontal bust darts to tailor to your measurements. The front and back shoulders as well as the neckline pieces are knitted separately and joined together in the round. Shoulders must be seamed together to enable fittings.
An i-cord border is knitted around the neckline after closing shoulder seams. Stitches are then picked up around the armholes, where shoulders are shaped with German Short Rows, then the sleeve is knitted.
There are different customization options. Thumb holes can be added to the sleeves,  straps can be added to the back neckline, as well as ruffles to the necklines.

Set of Double Pointed Needles if you prefer working with them on smaller circumferences

GAUGE:
22 stitches x 30 rows = 10 x 10 cm | 4 x 4"
In rib stitch pattern worked with indicated needle size. Washed, blocked and measured laid flat.
